Privacy & data.

Effective 20 June 2026

JNSQ LLC (“JNSQ”, “we”, “us”) is a digital studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

For anything in this policy, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@jnsq.work.

(01) — What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following:

Usage analytics

When you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the source that referred you. Google sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) only after you accept in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

Scheduling

If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you provide — your name, email address, time zone, and any notes — to create and manage the appointment. This information is processed by Calendly and shared with us so we can meet with you.

Hosting & security

The site is hosted on Vercel and delivered through Cloudflare. To serve and protect the site, these providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address and request headers, and may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, Cloudflare’s security cookies). This is essential to keep the site available and to defend against abuse, and does not require consent.

Correspondence

If you email us (for example at hello@jnsq.work), we receive your message, your email address, and anything you choose to include. We keep it for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records.

(02) — Cookies & consent

We use two kinds of cookies. You are in control of the optional ones.

  • Strictly necessary — Cloudflare security cookies that keep the site safe and available. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics cookies, set only after you accept in the consent banner. You can decline with no loss of functionality, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

(03) — Why we process it

We process your data to deliver and secure the website, to understand and improve how it is used (only with your consent), to schedule and hold meetings you request, and to respond to your enquiries.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: your consent for analytics cookies; our legitimate interests in running a secure, functional site and replying to enquiries; and the performance of a contract (or steps prior to one) when you book a call or correspond with us about working together.

(04) — Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site and our studio, each acting as our processor or as an independent controller for their own service:

  • Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4), only after consent.
  • Calendly — scheduling and meeting management.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, performance, and security.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

(05) — International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required by law, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognised mechanism.

(06) — How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ settings (up to 14 months); scheduling data is kept for as long as needed to manage and follow up on our meetings; and email correspondence is kept for as long as needed for our working relationship and records. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

(07) — How we protect it

We rely on reputable providers and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and review our practices over time.

(08) — Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have rights over your personal data. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access — request information about the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
  • Correction — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your personal data.
  • Restrict or stop processing — request that we limit or cease certain processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given (such as for analytics) at any time.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@jnsq.work. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have not been respected.

(09) — Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

(10) — Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be reflected here.
